Each piece is handmade with a lot of care, and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it good.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

  2. We'll review and reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
  3. If a return is needed, we'll share the return address. Please pack items safely where possible.

Refunds

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Reach out as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and fully refund an order before it has shipped. Custom orders can be cancelled before we begin making them.
