Returns & Refund Policy
Each piece is handmade with a lot of care, and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it good.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
What we can't accept
- Custom & personalised orders — made just for you, so they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Items with slight handmade variations in colour, texture or size — these are natural and not defects.
- Items damaged through use, mishandling or normal wear after delivery.
- Requests made after the 48-hour reporting window.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] (or use our contact page) with your order ID and photos.
- We'll review and reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
- If a return is needed, we'll share the return address. Please pack items safely where possible.
Refunds
- Once approved (or once we receive the returned item), your refund goes to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically reflect within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Any delivery fee is refunded only when the return is due to our error.
Order cancellations
Need to cancel? Reach out as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and fully refund an order before it has shipped. Custom orders can be cancelled before we begin making them.
